Ourproject consists of 9 floors. There are 8 1+1 duplexes on the first 8 floors, 2 1+1 and 8 2+1 duplexes
on the 9th floor. It is only 2 km away from the beach.
The main social activities of our project are;

Construction Manufacturing Details:
– Site Garden will be under control with security cameras.
– Heat and sound insulation will be made with high-end products.
– Flat entrance doors will be steel doors, interior doors will be American Ready Panel doors.
– Door & Window joinery will be made of Anthracite Colored PVC Material, Insulation Roving and
Gasket System.
– Ceramic and Vitrified products will be made in 1st class.
– The staircase system of the duplexes will be reinforced concrete and the steps will be covered with
marble.
