All of our buildings have been designed in accordance with earthquake and fire regulations. Carrier systems are built on reinforced concrete carcass and raft foundation.

• The heating system is implemented as a centralized system with natural gas and allocator.
• A combination of wall paper and water-based paint on gypsum plaster is used.
• Floor and wall ceramics, like all other products, are 1st quality and super luxury.
• Entrance doors are 1st class security steel doors. Interior doors are wood veneer.
• 1st class superlux materials are used in bathroom and kitchen cabinets.
• The generator system, which is activated automatically when the city draft is cut off, will allow you to continue your comfort uninterruptedly in all apartments and common areas.
• In all apartments, the infrastructure system that will enable you to benefit from telephone, television, high-speed internet, central satellite system, encrypted and cable TV broadcasts will be ready.
• The area around the site is equipped with a security camera system.

In Yasemin Houses, comfort will make itself felt even before you enter your home. You will be able to leave your car in the covered parking lot located in the basement of the building and you will be able to reach your apartment directly from here. For your safety, floor halls, common areas and parking areas in the building are equipped with a fire extinguishing system.

There are also men’s and women’s dressing rooms in the swimming pool, sauna and fitness room.
