• Bathrooms and toilets will have specially designed, Spanish granite-covered cabinets, and 1st class
PASIFIK brand acrylic shower cabins will be installed. All fixtures and bathroom accessories will
be 1st class NSK brand and equivalent. The tiles will be VITRA, EGE, BIEN brand and equivalent.
• Heating and cooling will be provided by BEKO INVERTER brand and equivalent air conditioning, and
there will be a natural gas-compatible underfloor heating system. BUDERUS and VAILLANT brand
combi boiler will be installed.
